Terms and Conditions
Sahel Elite Soccer Academy is committed to fostering a disciplined, respectful, and professional environment for all participants. These terms outline the rules and expectations for players, parents, and staff.
1. General Participation Rules
At Sahel Elite Soccer Academy, we aim to develop young football talents through structured training programs. All participants, including players, parents, and guardians, must adhere to our policies to maintain a positive and productive environment. Enrollment in any of our programs, including youth training (ages 8-12), elite training (ages 17-20), or vacation camps, implies agreement to these terms. Participants are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and commitment to the academy’s values of excellence, teamwork, and discipline. Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the program, depending on the severity of the infraction.
2. Code of Conduct
Players are required to exhibit good behavior both on and off the field. This includes respecting coaches, teammates, opponents, and academy facilities. Any form of bullying, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Parents and guardians are expected to support their children positively and refrain from interfering with coaching decisions or engaging in disruptive behavior during training sessions or matches. Coaches and staff must uphold professionalism, providing guidance that aligns with our mission to nurture talent and personal growth.
3. Training and Safety Regulations
Safety is a priority at Sahel Elite Soccer Academy. Players must follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate sports gear, such as shin guards and proper footwear, during training and matches. The academy provides a safe training environment, but participants are responsible for reporting any injuries or concerns immediately. Parents must ensure their children arrive on time for sessions and are picked up promptly afterward. The academy is not liable for injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety guidelines or for incidents occurring outside supervised activities.
4. Program Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment in our programs requires completion of registration forms and timely payment of fees, where applicable. Fees vary depending on the program, such as technical training, tactical development, or mental preparation courses. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions due to personal reasons, but exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies with proper documentation. The academy reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice provided to participants.
5. Use of Facilities and Equipment
Our facilities, including training fields and equipment, are maintained to support player development. Participants must treat these resources with care, reporting any damage immediately. Unauthorized use of facilities outside designated training times is prohibited. The academy is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, and players are encouraged to avoid bringing valuables to training sessions.
6. Community and Events
Sahel Elite Soccer Academy organizes community events, tournaments, and inter-academy matches to foster camaraderie and competition. Participation in these events is subject to the same code of conduct and safety regulations. Parents and players are encouraged to engage in these activities to strengthen the academy’s community spirit, which is central to our mission of promoting football as a tool for social cohesion and personal growth in the Sahel region.
